Chin Augmentation and Necklift
This 36-year-old male patient stated concerns with the appearance of his jawline and neck. On physical examination and evident in his lateral before photos, he was found to have poor contour to his submental area with excess fat and an underdeveloped chin.
To address his concerns, we recommended a chin augmentation and submental fat removal with platysmaplasty.
Examination of his lateral after photos demonstrates the improvement with the height and projection of his chin, giving him a smoother contour and also a marked improvement to the neck and jawline area.
