This is 38-year-old woman who lost 70lbs and is now presenting with concerns about her small chin and submental laxity.
On physical examination, she has a class I occlusion, microgenia and prominent early jowls with a pre-jowl sulcus. She also has submental adipose excess with mild cervical laxity and also jowl adipose excess. To address her concerns, she underwent a chin augmentation, submentoplasty and jowl microliposuction. On the frontal view, the submental fullness has resolved and her jawline looks more feminine. On the lateral view, you can see a dramatic improvement in her jowls, cervicomental angle, and her microgenia has been corrected with the medium chin implant. She is now 3 months out from her procedure and she is very happy with her naturally looking results.
