This 33-year-old female presented in clinic with concerns to her jawline and neck. On physical examination, she was found to have an excessive amount of fat under her chin. She also suffers of microgenia (small chin). To address her concerns, we recommended a chin augmentation with liposuction and platysmaplasty (submentoplasty).
Examination of her before and after photos demonstrate the improvement with the height and projection of her chin as well as the more defined and contoured neck which has promoted a slender appearance.
