Upper Blepharoplasty, Mid Forehead Browlift & Earlobe Reduction
This 73 year-old male presented in clinic concerned with the aging appearance of his upper eyelids and earlobes. The upper eyelids concerns were specific to redundant skin and white nodules. On physical examination he was found to have severe forehead wrinkles with significant brow ptosis and excessive skin to the upper eyelids. He also has pendulous earlobes, jowling and cervical laxity. The patient elected to proceed with upper blepharoplasty, mid forehead lift and earlobe reduction.
The frontal photos best demonstrate the marked improvement in the appearance of his brow and upper eyelids without any visible incisions. The pendulous earlobes are resolved and the ears have a more normal youthful appearance. This combination of procedures has provided the patient a natural and refreshed appearance without hollowing out the eyes.
