Facelift and Earlobe reduction
This 66-year-old female presented in clinic with lower face rejuvenation and earlobe concerns. She desired surgical intervention to improve these areas.
On physical examination and evident in her lateral before photo, she has pendulous earlobes and significant jowling and sagging of the neck. To address her concerns, she has undergone a Facelift with Earlobe reduction. The lateral after photo demonstrates the significant improvement to both the jawline and neck area bringing a more youthful appearance and a smooth contour to both areas. Her frontal after view photo demonstrates the significant transformation in her once aging face. Also notice on lateral view, how her earlobes are no longer redundant and floppy, but rather smaller and rejuvenated.
