This patient presented for consultation with Dr. Smith to discuss concerns including neck laxity, hollow appearance under her eyes and etched in lines around her mouth. She also wanted to address the rotation of her nose following prior rhinoplasty. To address her concerns, she underwent a limited incision lower facelift, fat transfer from her abdomen to her cheeks and under eyes, revision open rhinoplasty and perioral CO2 laser resurfacing. Notice the improvement in her nasal rotation, as well as neck laxity and jowling. On frontal view you can appreciate the improvement in the lines around her mouth
