Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient is a 41 year old female who underwent rhinoplasty 20 years ago. She was left with an overly-narrow and over-projected nose with nasal obstruction and cosmetic deformity.
She underwent a revision rhinoplasty with placement of spreader grafts, closing of her bony open roof deformity, deprojection of her nasal tip and placement of grafts to open her nostrils and improve her tip appearance.
Her before and after photos demonstrate how the nose is now wider, but proportional. It not only looks good, but also functions well. The lateral view shows the improvement in her dorsal profile with deprojection of the nasal tip and slight reduction in the dorsum.
