This patient presented to Dr. Smith interested ways to manage the fullness under her chin (submental area). She had not tried prior treatment. On examination, she was found to have mild to moderate submental fat accumulation with good skin tone. To address her concerns, Dr. Smith performed submental microliposuction using local anesthesia. Notice the improvement in the fullness as well as sharpening of the neck angle. She was very pleased with her result and we are thankful she trusted us with her care.
