This patient presented to Dr. Smith interested ways to manage the fullness under her chin (submental area) as well as possible jawline improvement. She previously had tried intradermal fillers. On examination, she was found to have mild to moderate submen tal fat accumulation with good skin tone. To address her concerns, Dr. Smith performed submental microliposuction using local anesthesia. Notice the improvement in the fullness as well as definition of her jawline. She was very pleased with her result and we are thankful she trusted us with her care.
