This 47-year-old patient came to Dr. Smith with concerns about the appearance of her upper eyelids, lower eyelids and lower face. On physical examination, her upper eyelids have significant excess skin of the upper eyelid with medial fat. Her lower eyelids have protrusion of orbital fat with an orbital groove, malar groove and lateral cheek volume loss. She also has a small medial festoon. Her lower face had moderate jowling. To address her concerns, Dr. Smith performed browlift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid and cheek fat transfer and lower facelift. The patient is so pleased with her remarkable results. She now has a youthful, rested appearance.
