Fractionated CO2 Laser 80% Full Face, 35% Neck and Chest
This 42 year old patient presented in clinic with concerns about the irregular and patchy discoloration of her skin, primarily due to many years of direct exposure to the sun. Additionally, this patient has significant wrinkling of the skin. These are indicated in her before photos. To address her concerns, the patient elected to undergo skin resurfacing by Dr. Buckingham with the Fractionated CO2 laser. The face was treated at 80% density while the neck and chest were treated at 35%, followed at the same time with a pass of the whisper laser.
As you can see in the after photos, this patient has significant improvement in her overall appearance. Now her more youthful skin shows less signs of sun damage. The dark spots have lightened dramatically and even disappeared in some areas and her wrinkling has improved around the eyes, cheeks and lips.
