Limited Incision Facelift & Juvederm perioral
This 63-year-old female presented in clinic with desires to improve her perioral lines and neck. On physical examination she was found to have significant jowling, cervical laxity and wide platysmal bands. She also had significant nasalabial folds and marionette lines. To address her concerns, we discussed a lower facelift versus a limited incision facelift. She elected to proceed with a limited approach and was willing to have some neck laxity in exchange. She also desired filler to further improve the nasolabial folds and marionette area.
Comparisons of her lateral photos best demonstrate the improvement to the severe sagging neck and jowls. The neck line has been brought to a natural contour that allows a smooth jawline. Also notice how the chin is no longer lost in the neckline which provides her with a beautiful and confident appearance. The marionette lines have mostly been improved by the lift, however a portion of those lines as well as the nasolabial folds have been further improved with Juvederm filler.
