This patient is a 38-year-old female who underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty in 1998 by another physician. She is unhappy with her nasal appearance. Inspection of her pretreatment photos shows a washed out appearance to the nasal dorsum with an inverted “V” deformity on the frontal view. On lateral view there is an obvious depression in the superior aspect of her nasal dorsum. She is interested in nonsurgical management and so therefore underwent treatment with Restylane.
Her postoperative photographs demonstrate a nice improvement in both her frontal and lateral views with camouflage of the dorsal deficiency.
