This patient in her late 70s underwent a lower facelift and fat transfer over 10 years prior and presented in clinic to discuss her concerns with Rene' regarding the decent of tissue in her upper face and the fine lines and deep wrinkling in the mid and lower regions of her face. To address her concerns Rene' conducted a series of 3 Sculptra® treatments over a 4-5 weeks apart to rebuild the volume loss. She then used the Revance RHA® line of fillers to fine tune her results. Upon review of her after photos the improvement is remarkable. The deeper wrinkling in the nasolanial folds and marionette lines have improved and the fine lines in her mid face and cheek areas have been smoothed out.
