This patient presented with concerns regarding facial aging as well as the appearance of her skin. Her preoperative frontal view demonstrates a low position of the eyebrows leading to hooding over the lateral aspect of the brow and deep tear troughs below the eyes. There are deep wrinkles across the face, particularly around the mouth. On frontal and lateral views we can also appreciate heavy jowling and excess neck skin laxity, as well as platysmal banding. The patient elected to undergo a deep plane limited incision lower facelift, brow lift, lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and a TCA peel for skin resurfacing. Her postoperative photos show marked improvement in the appearance of her skin, as well as a more refreshed and awake appearance around her eyes. On ¾ and lateral view there is improvement in her neck skin laxity and platysmal banding. The patient is thrilled with her transformation!
