Endoscopic Browlift, Upper Blepharoplasty, and Lower Facelift.
This patient is a 48 female who was concerned with the aging appearance of her brow, upper eyelids, and lower face including the jawline and neck. She chose to undergo an endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower facelift.
Her frontal view demonstrates how the heaviness of the brow has now been relieved and the upper eyelid hooding eliminated. Her eyes are now much brighter in appearance. The oblique view again demonstrates the improvement in the lateral brow position and the upper eyelid. The lateral view again shows the brow improvement, but also shows the significant improvement in the jawline and neck. The facelift incisions are barely perceptible and the temporal hair tuft (hair in front of the ear) height has been preserved.
