70 year-old female patient with aging face concerns particularly her neck, wrinkles and age spot.
On her preoperative frontal photograph, she has upper eyelid skin heaviness with significant nasal fat pad fullness and a deep orbital sulcus. Her cervical laxity and platysmal banding are also evident on this view. The lateral and oblique views have also captured her deep cheek and perioral rhytids.
To address her concerns, she underwent a lower facelift, upper blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and chemical peel. The postoperative frontal view shows a natural result with a more youthful upper and lower eyelid in addition to dramatic improvement in her neck laxity and platysmal banding. Of particular note is the opening and softening of the upper eyelid sulcus due to the addition of a small amount of fat. You can also appreciate a global improvement in her skin texture and appearance. On the oblique view, her postoperative photos demonstrate remarkable improvement in her deep rhytids and dyschromia, restoring her natural beauty.
She is now 4 months out from her procedure and is thrilled with her more youthful appearance.
