This 62-year-old female presented in clinic for evaluation of her upper eyelids. On physical examination and evident in her frontal before photos, she was found to have significant upper eyelid skin. To address her concern, she underwent an Upper Blepharoplasty.
Her before-and-after photos demonstrate a remarkable improvement to her eyes making them appear wider and brighter, while still maintaining a very natural result.
