The 65 year old female patient presented in clinic concerned with the appearance of her eyes. On physical examination as well as review of her before photos, her brow is in relatively good position. However, she has significant upper eyelid dermatochalasia with middle and medial orbital fat. She also had a significant orbital hollow and desired filler placement.
Upon review of the after photos, significant improvement is apparent. By removing the excessive skin of the upper eyelids and filling the deep orbital contours under the eyes, her fatigued and sagging appearance has improved to youthful more rested one. The lower eyelids could use some additional volume, but the patient is pleased with the result.
