Upper Blepharoplasty, Facelift Limited Incision and Fat Transfer
This is a 59 year old patient who is concerned about the appearance of her brow and upper eyelids, facial brown spots and red spots and perioral lines. She also has concerns with jowling.
She was found to have significant upper eyelid skin and static glabellar furrows as well as generalized facial volume loss and mild jowling. To address her concerns she elected to undergo an Upper Blepharoplasty, Limited Incision Facelift and Fat transfer.
The frontal after views demonstrate the significant overall improvement in the upper eyelids, lower eyelids cheeks and jawline. Look at the photos in comparison and then cover the before photo. The after photo looks like a significantly younger, refreshed version of the prior, but with no surgical evidence of intervention. The oblique view is particularly useful to look at the improvement in the dark circles under the eyes as well as the fullness on the cheeks. The lateral view best demonstrates the improvement of the jawline and neck, but also notices the fullness in the region of the lower eyelid and anterior cheek from the fat transfer.
