Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Facelift, Fat Transfer and TCA peel
This 68-year-old female presents in clinic for evaluation regarding facial rejuvenation. On physical examination and evident in her frontal before photo, she was found to have adequate brow height, however, she has significant upper eyelid skin and facial volume loss. In her lateral and oblique before photos you can observe the heaviness of the neck and jowling in the jawline. In addition, she also had skin wrinkling and pigmentation.
She has elected to proceed with upper blepharoplasty, lower facelift, fat transfer and TCA peel.
Her frontal after photos demonstrate the overall youthful restoration that can be achieved with these combination procedures. The upper eyelids are less heavy and the cheeks are more full and round. The patient just looks rested and younger, while still appearing very natural. The oblique view verifies the frontal, but better demonstrates the volume restoration of the cheeks achieved with fat grafting. The lateral view best shows off the improvement in the jawline and neck. All views show the improvement in the overall skin texture, pigment and wrinkle reduction from the peel.
