This patient presented with concerns for age-related facial changes, specifically her neck appearance and jowling. Examination demonstrated deep marionette lines and nasolabial folds with mild jowling, cervicomental laxity and cervical adiposity. The patient underwent a lower facelift with platysmaplasty and cervical liposuction. At her follow-up visit, the patient achieved a smooth jawline contour with improvement in her cervicomental laxity and a reduction in cervical adipose tissue.
