Lower Facelift, Full Face Fat Transfer, Full Face TCA Peel, Upper Blepharoplasty
This patient is a 62-year-old female interested in overall facial rejuvenation. On physical examination she was felt to have adequate brow height but significant upper eyelid skin. Her lower eyelids had significant volume loss which was consistent with the rest of her face. Her lower face showed interruption of the jawline with significant jowling as well as cervical neck skin laxity. Additionally, her skin had significant wrinkling and pigmentation irregularity.
To address her concerns, I recommended upper eyelid blepharoplasty, full face autologous fat grafting, full face chemical peel and lower facelift.
Comparison of her photos shows significant improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids as well as a definite lessening of the dark circles under her eyes. A restoration of the fullness in her cheeks and face on the whole is evident. On lateral and oblique view a significant improvement in the jawline and neck can be best appreciated. Also notice the anterior projection which has been gained on the lateral view in the region of the cheek and lower eyelid. Overall her appearances are strikingly more youthful but very natural.
