This patient in her early 40s consulted with Dr. Smith about her concerns regarding the aging changes to her mid-face and eye areas. She felt that her upper eyes looked heavy and that her lower eyelids had hollowing and skin folding. To address her concerns, Dr. Smith performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, fat repositioning and fractionated CO2 laser to her tear trough area.
