This 52 year-old female presented to our office with concerns for facial laxity. She felt that she always had a strong angulated jawline and prominent cheeks which have both changed with time. Examination demonstrated moderate ptosis of the midface/cheeks along with moderate jowling, deep marionette lines, platysmal diastasis and moderate cervicomental laxity. To address these concerns, the patient underwent a limited incision deep plane lower facelift. At her three-month follow-up visit, the patient had achieved the youthful appearance she had desired, including a smooth neck and jawline with reduction in cervicomental laxity.
