This patient presented to Dr. Smith interested in a limited approach facelift. On examination, she was found to have moderate jowling as well as central neck banding. Dr. Smith recommended a limited incision deep plane facelift, where incision lines are placed only around the ears. This procedure can be performed using oral or intravenous sedation. Notice in the photo comparison the improvements made along her jaw line, the resolution of neck banding and the softening of the lines around her mouth. Her incision lines are nearly imperceptible!
