Limited Incision Lower Facelift.
This 69 year old female underwent facial rejuvenation procedures including a lower facelift 25 years ago. She has recurrent lower facial aging and desires improvement.
Her before photos demonstrate her recurrent jowling and neck sagging with some banding, but no excess fatty tissue. She has a slight pulled down appearance to her right earlobe known as a pixie ear deformity. Because her primary concern is jowling and she has a thin neck, she is a good candidate for a limited incision approach.
Her after photos demonstrate the marked improvement in her jawline and neck achieved with this office procedure and only a week social recovery. This limited approach is very effective in rejuvenating recurrent lower facial aging after a previous facelift.
