This 62 year old female presented with concerns for neck skin laxity and upper eyelid heaviness. Examination demonstrates moderate upper eyelid dermatochalasis, platysmal banding and cervicomental laxity. To address her concerns, she underwent a lower facelift with platysmaplasty and upper blepharoplasty. Upon evaluation at her three-month follow-up visit, she had achieved nice improvement in cervicomental laxity and a smooth jawline and neck contour. These findings are especially visible in the profile view.
