Limited Incision Lower Facelift
This 65-year-old female presented in clinic interested in improvement to her jawline but to a lesser extent her neck as well.
On physical examination, she was found to have jowling with neck laxity. She did not however have excess submental fat tissue or significant neck banding.
We discussed either a Limited Incision Lower Facelift or a Lower Facelift with Platysmaplaty. The differences on the procedures were explained in detail and patient elected to pursue a Limited Incision Facelift.
When examining photos, notice the improvement to the jawline and neck area. The frontal views best demonstrate the improvement to the jawline area. The lateral views demonstrate the significant improvement to the neck eliminating the heaviness giving her a natural neck contour. The transformation of her appearance is remarkably natural.
