53 year-old male patient concerned with jowling. On his preoperative frontal photograph, you can see some jowling, however, the lateral view shows the jowling more clearly.
To address his concerns, he underwent a limited incision lower facelift. The 3-month postoperative frontal globally shows a more youthful face. On lateral view, you can see that his jawline has been restored. The oblique postoperative view further illustrates the improvement in his jowls and softening of the deep rhytids in his lower face.
The postoperative lateral view also demonstrates the nearly invisible scars from the well-placed incisions even in a gentleman who wears his hair short.
