61 year-old who presented with concerns about neck laxity and jowling. On physical examination, she has mild jowling and mild cervical laxity with a thin neck.
On her preoperative frontal photograph, you can appreciate some jowling and neck laxity, however, the lateral view is more illustrative of her concerns.
To address her concerns, she underwent a limited incision lower facelift. The 4-month postoperative frontal shows resolution of her mild neck laxity and jowling. On lateral view, you can see a dramatic improvement in her neck laxity and a sharper jawline. The oblique postoperative view further illustrates the improvement in her mild jowling.
