This patient presented with concerns for age related facial changes, mainly jowling and the appearance of her anterior neck. Her personal goals were to improve the appearance of these areas and to smooth out any skin irregularities and wrinkles. Examination demonstrated thin skin with moderate jowling and cervicomental laxity with subtle platysmal banding. To address her concerns, she underwent a limited incision lower facelift. Three months after her procedure, the patient achieve a nice improvement in her jawline contour and a her jowling was resolved. The patient was very pleased with her results.
