Rhinoplasty
This patient desired cosmetic improvement for her nose. Her photos demonstrate how the nose is slightly crooked to the left and that she has a slightly droopy tip and a dorsal hump. She underwent an endonasal (internal incisions) rhinoplasty. Her frontal view shows the nose to be straighter and slightly thinner with nice aesthetic lines. The lateral view shows the improvement in her dorsal contour which is now straight
