Rhinoplasty
This patient had a history of multiple nasal traumas in the past. She presented with significant nasal obstruction, septal deviation and collapse of her nose. The nose was crooked and she could completely depress the tip of her nose on the upper lip.
Her before photos demonstrate the crooked appearance of the nose on frontal and base views with a narrow depressed mid-section of the nose.
The post-surgery frontal view demonstrates a slightly wider and much straighter dorsum. The base view shows the nostrils to be symmetric and midline and the lateral view shows a better dorsal contour and elevated nasal tip.
