This 19 year old patient presented in clinic desiring cosmetic improvements to her nose. The patient did not have any functional issues to address. On examination she had an overly large nose with a slight dorsal hump as well as a very bulbous tip.
During the operation she was found to have significant asymmetry of her nasal tip cartilages which was corrected using small grafts. She additionally had the overall size of her nose reduced both on frontal and lateral views.
Comparison of her frontal and lateral before-and-after photos show the natural reduction in nasal size and refinement of her nasal proportions with a smooth dorsum extending into the tip which projects just above the dorsal height. Her frontal view shows a straight nose with excellent narrowing and refinement of the tip.
