This is 17-year-old woman with both cosmetic and functional concerns about her nose.
On physical examination, she has a deviated septum and a narrow middle 1/3 of her nose, which are contributing to her nasal obstruction. On the frontal view, she has slightly deviated nasal bones to the right. Her 3 month post-operative photos, you can see this correction in the deviation and in the middle 1/3. Both the lateral and oblique views better illustrate the dramatic aesthetic improvement in her nose. The dorsal hump, under-rotation and hanging columella have all been corrected, creating more harmony in her facial features.
