Rhinoplasty
This 46 year-old female patient presented in clinic concerned with the appearance of her nose; primarily with the large dorsal hump. Upon physical examination of her frontal view, the dorsum was deviated slightly to the left. The lateral before photo indicated the bony dorsal hump. The patient elected to undergo a cosmetic rhinoplasty.
Her after photos show the results the patient was seeking. The frontal after photo indicates the overall large appearance has been naturally improved with the dorsum now slimmer due to the reduction of the nasal hump and subtle narrowing and refinement of the nasal tip. Her lateral photos demonstrate the remarkable improvement in the size of her nose with a favorable dorsal tip aesthetic line. One’s eye is now drawn to the patient’s eyes as the predominate feature of her face.
