This is 26-year-old woman with nasal obstruction and cosmetic concerns about her nose.
On physical examination, she has a deviated septum and a narrow middle 1/3 of her nose, which are contributing to her nasal obstruction. On the pre-operative frontal view, there is disruption of the brow tip aesthetic lines with the narrow middle 1/3. Post-operatively, you see smooth brow tip aesthetic lines on the frontal view. On the lateral view, you can appreciate a mild dorsal hump and slightly over-projected nose. Post-operatively, the hump has been reduced and the nose is more in proportion with her other facial features. She’s only 3 months out from surgery, but she’s breathing well and loves her new nose.
