Rene’ attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. René started her nursing career in the Emergency Room, but found her passion in facial plastic surgery and has been working with Dr. Buckingham since 2006. René has attended numerous aesthetic injectable courses, but it has been through her extensive training with Dr. Buckingham that her knowledge of facial anatomy and technique has been perfected. René is a provider of injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Restylane Silk, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Kysse, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Belotero, RHA and Growth Factor hair loss. Along with her advanced skill level, her caring and compassionate character will provide a safe and comfortable environment during your treatment.

Kelly Ludera, RN, BSN

Clinical Nurse Manager
Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University in 2003. Kelly came to us in July of 2014 with an extensive background within her career. She has previously worked in the intensive care unit and recovery room for nine years. The knowledge she gained in critical care and recovering patients from surgical procedures is why she excels at Buckingham Center. She focuses on making the surgical journey enjoyable from the first consultation, to the surgery itself. Kelly wants every patient to be heard and their wishes met. She brings a great deal of understanding and joy to our center and truly cares for each and every one of her patients.

Ivonne has over 10 years’ experience in customer service and joined Buckingham Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in 2012. Her cheerful and upbeat personality is one of the first things you will notice as you walk through our front door. As our Patient Care Coordinator, her goal is to ensure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire surgical process. When you call our office she will gladly help you set up any appointments or provide you with any information you request regarding our services both in English and Spanish, as she is fluent in both languages. She will be your point of contact after your consultation and during the scheduling of your surgery. Her pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge of plastic surgery will help eliminate any anxieties and make you feel at ease.

Vanessa joined the Buckingham Center team in early 2019. She has a vibrant personality and enjoys interacting with patients. She takes pride in her daily work by welcoming incoming clients with a warm and sincere smile. Her attention to detail and compassionate spirit will ensure that your experience is a positive one. Vanessa is married to her high school sweetheart, and they share 4 beautiful kids together. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors.

Melody Tanzer, RN BSN
Melody Ziadeh, RN BSN
Melody received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Buffalo in 2011. She has experienced an array of different specialties through travel nursing and most recently has worked as a certified wound care specialist. Her want to explore new opportunities and her own personal interest in aesthetics led her to the Buckingham Center. She will assist you before and after your surgery to make sure you are well informed and comfortable throughout your entire experience. Melody’s positive and understanding personality paired with her extensive background, not to forget her sense of humor, will ensure the best possible patient experience.

Sarah Morse, RN BSN
Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from New Mexico State University in 2018. Her background in nursing began in women’s health where she most recently was a labor and delivery nurse before finding her true passion; aesthetics. Her gentle hand and kind heart help patients feel calm and comforted as they navigate through their surgical experience. Sarah’s calming presence will help assist you before, during, and after surgery to help ensure you have the best experience possible. When she is not at work you can find her paddle boarding on the lake, hiking with her dog Finn, or enjoying a hot yoga class.

Kaylee Swenson

Kaylee is a Front Office Coordinator at Buckingham Center, and a true Austinite. During her schooling, she has been involved in community service and social activities, which have helped to form her caring and genuine personality. She has always had a love and passion for beauty and helping people feel at their best. With several years of customer service experience you will find her to be warm and endearing. She will provide you with the best possible care whether it be on the phone, or at your next visit.

Randee graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with a Bachelors in Science and Arts in 2017. Randee’s love for science and medical field led her to be an optometrist assistant. From there, her passion blossomed for facial anatomy and her commitment to assisting patients in their journey to enhancing their inner beauty which led her to the Buckingham Center. With over 8 years of customer service, Randee enjoys meeting new and returning faces while building long lasting relationships. Randee brings a sense of urgency to each patients needs while maintaining her natural calming and cheerful personality that will ensure a stress-free experience.

Morgan Williams
Morgan Williams
Medical Assistant
Morgan attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology. Throughout her career in medicine, she has gained clinical experience in various medical settings including neuroscience research labs, emergency departments, trauma centers and search and rescue teams, as well as administrative experience in several other medical and surgical specialties. These experiences have finetuned her customer service skills and emboldened her passion for patient education and advocacy. For Morgan, the greatest reward of being a part of the Buckingham Center team is building trust with patients, helping them to heal and feel cared for throughout their journey.
