This patient in her early 60s sought a refreshed, natural look that addressed both volume loss and skin texture. Nurse injector Sarah Morse utilized a comprehensive approach to smooth the lower face and restore a youthful "glow" to the skin. From the Revance® line of fillers, RHA 3® was used to provide structural support to the nasolabial folds and pre-jowl sulcus, while RHA 2® softened the marionette lines.. To address skin quality, SKINVIVE® micro-droplets were "fanned out" to the entire cheek areas, acting as an internal hydrator to fill in and improve the appearance of fine lines. We completed the profile by treating the platysma bands with BOTOX®, relaxing the vertical neck cords to sharpen the jawline and reduce downward facial pull.
