This patient is a 63 year old gentleman who was interested in cosmetic improvement for his upper and lower eyes. He was found to have significant brow descent, upper eyelid skin excess, lower eyelid puffiness and lower cheek descent with a deep groove under the lower eyelid. Because of his high forehead and deep forehead wrinkles, we performed a mid-forehead browlift with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty, lower eyelid chemical peel and fat transfer to the lower eyelid and cheek.
His frontal view demonstrates the marked improvement in the appearance of his brow and upper eyelid. It also shows the improvement in the tired appearance of his lower eyelids. The oblique view highlights the improvement in the lower eyelid and cheek. The groove under the eye has been filled in bringing the lower eyelid and cheek into a more youthful contour.
