Facelift Limited Incision
This 63-year-old female presented in clinic with concerns regarding the appearance of her perioral area and jawline.
On physical examination, her dental arch has a slight crossbite which gives her right upper lip a longer appearance with a relatively underdeveloped right upper lip. She also had moderate jowling and also neck laxity. To address her concerns, we recommended a limited incision facelift and perioral Juvederm.
Comparing the before and after photos, the frontal view demonstrates the increased symmetry of the lips with enhanced, but natural volume and reduction in lines. One can also appreciate the improvement in the jawline and neck. The oblique and lateral views show the jawline and neck improvement even more so, but the improvement in lip projection and wrinkle reduction is also evident.
