
This lady presented with concerns for excess upper eyelid skin and lower eyelid hollowing. She previously underwent Sculptra treatments to the midface. Exam demonstrated upper eyelid dermatochalasis with nasal steatoblepharon, lower eyelid steatoblepharon and midface volume deficiency with orbital grooves, malar grooves, nasojugal grooves, hollowing of the lateral cheeks and prejowl sulci. She underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lower 2/3 face autologous fat transfer, upper eyelid blepharoplasty. At her 3-month follow-up visit, the volume deficiency has improved with good take of her fat grafting. Her eyes have a more youthful appearance. Overall, the patient was quite pleased with their result.
