This patient was interested in improving the appearance of her lower face and neck areas. Her preoperative frontal view photo shows significant jowling. On lateral view, she has skin laxity of the neck. She elected to undergo a limited incision lower facelift with jowl microliposuction. Her postoperative photos demonstrate marked improvement in the contour of her lower face, with elimination of her jowling and tightening of the cervical skin laxity. Especially note the clean, straight jawline on the lateral view. The patient is very pleased with her refreshed appearance with this in-office, easy to recover from procedure.
