This 71-year female with a history of a previous facelift and brow lift presented with concerns regarding jowling and lower neck skin laxity. To address these concerns, she underwent a bilateral upper blepharoplasty and limited incision lower facelift. At her 3-month follow-up appointment, her jawline was smooth with nice improvement in cervicomental laxity. Her upper eyelid skin excess has been reduced and her eyes emulate a more youthful appearance. We expect her results to continue to improve and she progresses in her recovery period.
