This 48 year old female presented with concerns for her nose, mainly that she has issues breathing through the left side. She is overall happy with the appearance however would like a slimmer and straighter nose. She also discussed concerns with excess upper eyelid skin and neck skin laxity. She has undergone submental liposuction in the past by a surgeon at another practice. Upon physical examination, Dr. Buckingham noted the patient holds her brow higher of the right than the left and mild upper eyelid dermatochalasis more so on the right than the left. He also found evidence of right nasal tip deviation and caudal septal deviation with large left septal spurs that needed to be addressed during surgery. He created a comprehensive plan to address all the aesthetic and functinal concerns. The patient underwent an upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and a Limited Incision Lower Facelift. Dr. Buckingham excelled in enhancing this patient's natural beautiful appearance while making remarkable improvements in the skin laxity and aging of the lower face and better symmetry of the eyes as well as making just the right adjuentments to the patient's nose to enhance her beauty and ability to breath better.
