This patient in his mid thirties presented to clinic with concerns of his nose being overall too large, a dorsal hump and a hanging nasal tip. I performed an open rhinoplasty, decreasing the projection of his nose and increasing the rotation, narrowing the middle third of the nose from the frontal view and decreased his dorsal hump down to straight. You can see in the after photos the slight but significant change in size as well as the straight dorsal profile and narrowed, more balanced frontal view.
