This patient presented with functional and cosmetic nasal concerns. Mainly, she has difficulty with nasal breathing and was seeking to narrow the width, reduce the dorsal hump and improve tip symmetry while reducing tip width. Exam demonstrated a boxy tip with poor tip support, narrow middle third, an acute nasolabial angle with columellar show, underprojected nose and a dorsal hump. To address these concerns, she underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. Follow-up examination 3-months after surgery demonstrated a nice, smooth profile with improvement in her nasolabial angle, and great nasal tip support with a narrower tip. The patient was quite pleased with her results.
