Rhinoplasty
This 23-year-old male presented in clinic with desires for cosmetic improvement for the asymmetry of his nose.
On physical examination, he was found to have a bony deviation to the right, a bulbous and asymmetric tip as well as a hanging columella. Comparing the before and after photos, the frontal view demonstrates the remarkable improvement in the asymmetry of the nose with excellent refinement. The lateral views show the correction of the over-projection and the dorsal hump. Overall the patient is pleased with his results.
