This patient presented for primary rhinoplasty with the goals of improving her dorsal hump and tip. She underwent rhinoplasty including dorsal hump reduction, tip reshaping, and other manuevers. Her post-op photos demonstrate a smooth nasal dorsum, resolution of the dorsal hump, a subtle supratip break, and tip reshaping for an overall natural appearing improvement.
